穆迪或砍英小型銀行評等

（路透倫敦7日電）國際信評機構穆迪投資者服務公司（Moody's），未來數個月可能會將英國多達18家銀行的優先順位債評等調降數級。

穆迪正在評估，這些銀行若沒有政府幫助，能有多少作為。

穆迪今天表示，與有政府在背後大力相挺的大型銀行相較之下，這些相對小型的銀行更容易因為信評遭降級，而立即受到衝擊。

穆迪表示，駿懋銀行（Lloyds）及蘇格蘭皇家銀行（Royal Bank of Scotland）等在金融危機期間接受紓困的大型銀行，今年下半年也將接受評估。中央社（翻譯）
